Minutes of an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Committee of the Suffolk Concert Band on

Wednesday 29^th June 2005 at Holy Trinity Church Hall, Ipswich

1. To confirm the application for membership of the Suffolk Concert Band by Mr Raymond Wilson

All of the committee were present.

The committee agreed that Ray Wilson should become a member of the Suffolk Concert Band.

Gordon proposed that the committee should recommend that Ray becomes an honorary member of the band at the next AGM and the committee agreed.
