Minutes of an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Suffolk Concert Band on

Wednesday 20^th October 2004 at Holy Trinity Church Hall, Ipswich

1. To elect the following as full members and trustees of the committee of the Suffolk Concert Band:

· Mrs Sarah Scott – Concert Manager

· Mr Toby Pratt – Committee Member with responsibility for publicity

Both the above persons have indicated their willingness to stand for election.

39 members were present. The vote was a majority in favour of the proposal.
