Adopted as printed and circulated.  £100 to be repaid to the Suffolk Regiment.  Vote of thanks for the auditor.  Token of appreciation to be presented.

Librarian

Progress in cataloguing the library continues.  £17 spent on new music.  Suggestions for purchases welcomed.

Bandmaster

Satisfactory standard of attendance and performance.  Some sections depleted.  Rehearsals were conducted in a happy spirit.  Confident about the future.

Officers

President (Mr C.S. Drake) confirmed in office for coming year.

Vote of thanks to outgoing committee especially Pauline Challacombe and David Roper who are leaving.

Agreed that subs. Should remain at there current rate.  Action on defaulters determined.

Bandmasters Fee

Proposal to increase fee withdrawn on recommendation of Bandmaster.  Extra gratuities to be givem where appropriate.

Instruments

Cornet to be purchased.  Repairs to be carried out as funds permitted.

Any Other Business

Sub-committee to be established to organise a social function.

Programme for Christmas concert  to contain appropriate material.

Noted that more help was needed in tidying up after concerts.
